When you want to make progress in training, you will need to have a focal point. By setting a fitness goal, you ensure that you train with an ultimate goal as your destination. It’s difficult enough to simply start somewhere (let alone keep it up!) without a clear plan of action.
By setting a fitness goal for yourself, you create a picture in your mind of what you would like to achieve. This goal can be anything from improving your condition, 100 kilo bench press, gaining weight or reducing your fat percentage. The main thing is that you aim for a specific goal for which you set a realistic deadline. Together with your online personal trainer we will work towards achieving your goal!
